New York City offers FREE condoms, of both the male and female variety.
“Condoms can be fun,” declares the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene on its web site. “Take the worry of disease and pregnancy out of your sex life – using condoms can make sex more relaxed and enjoyable.”
Whoa!
Who’d have thought you can get not only FREE male and female condoms but FREE lubricants as well in NYC.

Since we had a lot of time on our hands one winter night we ran a search on the NYC Health Dept. web site and found 247 places in Manhattan alone where you can pick up free condoms and lubricants.
